Two bottles, 30 ml each, and probably the most-used pair in the range: lavender, steam-distilled in Bulgaria — the classic growing region for Lavandula angustifolia — and rosemary, the oil most associated with hair-care routines, distilled in India. Both undiluted, in separate bottles.
What’s in this set
| Oil | Botanical name | Extraction | Plant part | Origin | Size |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lavender | Lavandula angustifolia | Steam distilled | Leaves & flower | Bulgaria | 30 ml |
| Rosemary | Rosmarinus officinalis | Steam distilled | Leaves | India | 30 ml |
The evening one and the morning one
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) — The all-rounder of any collection. Soft, floral and familiar — traditionally used to wind down in the evening, and the one oil most people reach for first in a diffuser.
- Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) — The reason most people buy a hair set. Herbaceous and sharp — traditionally massaged into the scalp in a carrier oil as part of a weekly hair-care routine.
How to use
Scalp oil. 2 drops rosemary and 1 drop lavender per 10 ml of jojoba or coconut oil. Massage in, leave 30–60 minutes, shampoo out. Twice a week.
Evening diffuser. 5–6 drops of lavender on its own, half an hour before bed. Add a single drop of rosemary if you want it less sweet.
Pillow and linen mist. In a 100 ml spray bottle: 20 drops lavender, 10 ml witch hazel or alcohol, topped up with water. Shake before every use.
Body oil. 4 drops lavender per 10 ml of carrier oil — a 2% dilution — after a shower.

Safety & storage
- Never apply undiluted essential oil to skin. Dilute in a carrier oil first.
- Patch test on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours before wider use.
- Not to be taken internally. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing or under medical care.

Frequently asked questions
Does rosemary oil actually work for hair?
It has a long traditional history in scalp care and is one of the most-used oils in the category. We do not make medical or regrowth claims for it — if you are dealing with significant hair loss, that is a conversation for a dermatologist.
Do I need to dilute rosemary oil before putting it on my scalp?
Yes. Essential oils are concentrates, not hair oils. Mix 2–3 drops per 10 ml of a carrier such as jojoba, coconut or almond oil — roughly a 1–2% dilution — and massage that into the scalp.
Why is the lavender from Bulgaria?
Bulgaria and the surrounding region is where Lavandula angustifolia has been grown and distilled at scale for generations, and the soft, sweet profile people expect from lavender comes from that origin. The rosemary in this set is distilled in India.
Can I leave the scalp oil in overnight?
Yes, once it is diluted in a carrier oil. Do a patch test behind the ear first, and use an old pillowcase.
Can I use these on sensitive skin?
Start at 0.5–1% dilution and patch test. Never apply either oil undiluted, and keep both away from broken skin.
How do I patch test?
Put a diluted drop on the inside of your forearm, leave it 24 hours, and check for redness or itching before using it more widely.
